They were on-time, professional, and repaired my system quickly, and right the first time. The price was very fair, considering some HVAC companies may take advantage of failures on a hot day.

My A/C went out over the weekend and I was miserable and sweating it out in my house all weekend. When I called them on Monday, they came over as soon as they could and had me fixed up in less than an hour! We had 2 houses and they've serviced both of them for a couple years.  Our A/C unit stopped working at both houses on the hottest day of the summer and they came out within 24 hrs to fix it.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jack and the guys at Quality Air have been taking care of my HVAC needs for more than 15 years.  Once again they saved the day at a house I own that my son lives in.  Air totally went out, when they serviced the unit it was a burned out wire going to the compressor.  They promptly fixed it and had the unit back up and running.  Before Jack I had an HVAC company that would have told me that they would need to replace the whole system for $5K.  They are prompt, respectful and very very honest in what they do.  Over the years Jack has replaced two of my systems in my 33 year old house and does annual checkups on all three of the homes I own.  He also took care of my parents house before they passed away.
